Why we built it
Concept design is where a data center's feasibility and cost are decided, yet it is usually assembled from disconnected spreadsheets, drawings and estimates that fall out of step with every change. DCtoB puts the whole concept — sizing, diagrams, layout and cost — in one model, so a change in one place is a change everywhere. Our principle is in our tagline: Be Precise, Be Prepared.

Standards we align with
Every calculation is anchored to recognised engineering standards: Uptime Institute Tier I–IV for redundancy and topology, ASHRAE TC 9.9 for thermal envelopes, IEC/IEEE for electrical ratings and protection, NFPA 70, 75 and 76 for power and life safety, and TIA-942 for infrastructure classes.
For teams of every size
DCtoB runs in the browser. For larger teams we offer custom agreements, including SSO/SAML, private-cloud or on-premises deployment, and custom standards templates.
